Airport Runways

Opening the skies to economic development, ETAIR’s modernization transport projects deliver far-reaching benefits.

ETAIR took part in the modernization project to expand Agostinho-Neto International Airport’s facilities to meet international standards. Located in Pointe Noire, the Republic of Congo’s second-largest city, Agostinho-Neto International Airport is now able to provide departure and arrival services for direct international flights.

As the heart of Congo’s maritime economy is its deep-water port, as well as oil and lumber industry. As a city, Pointe Noire is in full economic expansion, which is now supported through international airport facilities.

As a result of this modernization, air transport throughout the country is gradually improving – greatly progressing the country’s economy.

Other developing regions could initiate considerable economic benefits from the expansion of modern air transport. ETAIR’s experience with hands-on experience, on-the-ground resources, and the necessary expertise can bring this much-needed growth to other regions.
